1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


     

    2. Shipping Options & Costs

    • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (UK & EU).

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (usually 7–14 business days).

    • Expedited shipping may be offered at an additional cost. This option will be shown at checkout.

     


     

    3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link.

    • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

     


     

    4. Delivery Terms

    • We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information. 

     

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at aurea@info-auréa.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

 


 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

  • Aurea London is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

 


 

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the order.

  • Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude original shipping costs (if applicable).
