PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.
Only normal handling of the product is accepted; damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.
Items for which hygiene is important (e.g., personal care items) must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
If a product was found to be defective upon delivery, please report it immediately.
Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.

Once we receive your email, we will contact you with the correct return address.
DISCLAIMER: Do not send your return to the sender’s address.
We will provide you with the correct return address once you have contacted us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY (STORNOBAU)
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following terms, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal agreement for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the last item of your order.
Because Auréa operates with a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt or cancel the shipping process once your order has been placed, and refunds are only possible after the goods have been received and returned.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify Auréa of your decision via a clear written statement (e.g., by email).
The cancellation will be effective once we have received the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times that are beyond our control.
If the items are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait for the items to arrive and then proceed with the return process.
You are welcome to inform us of your intent to cancel in advance.
For faster processing, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (including any extra charges due to a delivery option you chose that exceeded our standard rate).
The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice and the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not incur any charges for this refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
