Return & Refund Policy

At Aurea London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at aurea@info-auréa.com within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings, underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Return Process

Contact us at aurea@info-auréa.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Package the item securely and send it back within the timeframe stated.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.

Delivery/shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at aurea@info-auréa.com with photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
8. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable (unless faulty):

Custom or personalized items.

Sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”

Items without their original tags/packaging.
